A. L. Westgard, well known in the automobile field through his route mapping expeditions across the continent and now one of the vice-presidents of the National Highways Association, of New York, has laid plans for a combined tour of motorists to the San Diego and San Francisco expositions.
The tour will be under the combined auspices of the National Highway Association, the National Old Trails Road Association and the Automobile Club of southern California, and is scheduled to leave New York about the middle of June. Mr. Westgard and Elias Vander Horst, another vice-president of the association, have the management of the tour in hand.
